A single, 60-minute consultation scheduled via Zoom, designed for in-depth discussions on complex cases. During this session, we can cover challenging diagnoses, treatment planning, medication management options, and available community resources. This consultation option is suitable for cases where the patient's condition is stable and no acute safety concerns are present.  

Rate: $200/hour

Monthly subscription package that offers immediate, real-time access to Mentor/Provider for discussions involving urgent or emergent cases. This is especially valuable when cases require prompt clinical decision-making and cannot wait for a scheduled consultation. Subscribers will have direct, personal contact with Mentor/Provider through both cell phone and secure email, ensuring seamless communication. This package not only eliminates delays in patient care due to appointment scheduling but also alleviates the concerns of Providers who may wonder if they've taken all necessary steps while awaiting consultation. 

Rate: $750/month
